Scots PGC Branding
As part of a new marketing campaign for their school, The SCOTS PGC College underwent a brand identity refresh to capture their brand essence and position the school as a modern co-ed day and boarding school in regional Queensland.
The first foundation in the brand refresh was to redraw their existing crest and develop a full logo capturing the school’s name and new tagline – “Where country values inspire excellence”. This new brand logo incorporates the location of the School and gives the School the master element for their new brand style guide.
Further to this, a brand identity was created and applied to corporate stationery, advertising, publications, website and school vehicles showcasing the key colours of the school’s distinctive uniform and Scottish house colours – navy blue and red in curved lines with a green under-palette and yellow highlights.
A distinctive photo shoot was also undertaken capturing the school students, facilities and unique attributes. The hero shot featured students in a local paddock and the green grass from this shoot has been applied as a feature element to the green under-palette on most corporate identity tools. This shoot provided the signature elements for their “I Believe in SCOTS” brand campaign.
Hero marketing collateral, which has been developed to showcase the new branding, includes a new prospectus, new brochures on boarding and Prep enrolment and a new website. In addition, new corporate stationery, templates and forms have also been developed for the School.
